On a desk computer, download the Windows ZIP (contains 00cctel前台.exe) or the Mac DMG. Phones and tablets use the PWA — not the desktop package. See Download & install and How to use.
How to Use
- Start: open the front-desk terminal.
- Sign in with the enterprise desk account.
- Check devices: network, microphone, speaker, headset.
- Go Online to receive communication requests.
- Incoming request: the terminal rings.
- Answer.
- Speak: talk directly; turn on real-time voice translation when needed.
- End the session.
- Go Offline when the shift ends.
Always-on desk computers
A fixed desk PC may turn the screen off, but system sleep must not interrupt the service.
- Windows: the display may be off; avoid system sleep; keep the network and 00cctel前台.exe or the browser/PWA running.
- Mac: keep power connected; avoid sleep settings that would break the session.
- iPad: keep charge or power; keep the network; use PWA/browser as the current system allows.
