2. Responsibilities of Registrants
(1) Entity Qualification
Guarantee that the registered identity, enterprise credentials, and contact details are true and lawful, and bear all legal consequences arising from false information or identity impersonation.
Enterprise users must ensure they hold lawful business qualifications; individual users guarantee they have full civil capacity.
(2) Domain and Number Ownership
Guarantee that the domains and phone numbers used and bound are lawfully owned by, or lawfully authorized to, the registrant, and bear all disputes and liabilities arising from domain ownership or number use.
Complete domain renewals and reviews on time; if the service is interrupted because a domain expires or is sanctioned by the registrar for violations, the user bears the consequences.
(3) Compliant Use
Strictly comply with national and regional laws and regulations and the platform's Terms of Use; do not use the service for illegal, non-compliant, infringing, harassing, or fraudulent conduct.
Do not configure illegal content, malicious redirects, or non-compliant traffic-diversion chains; do not attack or interfere with the platform's systems or other users' normal use.
Respect third parties' intellectual property, privacy, and reputation; do not use domain redirection or number mapping to infringe others' lawful rights.
(4) Account Security
Safeguard your account, password, and login credentials, and guard against account theft, leakage, or lending. The registrant bears full responsibility for non-compliant operations, data loss, or legal disputes caused by improper account management.
If abnormal logins or configurations are discovered, contact the platform immediately.
(5) Data and Backups
The platform periodically cleans up and destroys temporary configuration files according to its security policy. Users must back up their important business data regularly; the platform assumes no data backup obligation.
Do not export, tamper with, or distribute platform system files, encrypted configurations, or other users' business data without authorization.
(6) Cooperation with Oversight
Actively cooperate with the platform's security checks and compliance inspections, and with lawful investigations and evidence collection by regulatory authorities.
After receiving a violation notice or complaint notification, complete rectification within the specified time; for refusal to rectify, the platform may suspend or terminate the service.

If a user's non-compliant use of the service causes losses to the platform or third parties, administrative penalties, or legal proceedings, the registrant shall bear full compensation liability and related legal responsibility.
