This notice is intended for all registered users of the Domain Phone Service. It helps users correctly understand the service's positioning, compliance requirements, and usage rules, and guides users to use all platform features lawfully, responsibly, and safely.

1. Service Positioning

The platform is a professional domain technical service platform. Its core offerings are technical solutions such as domain-to-phone-number mapping, secure 302 redirection, and tel protocol applications. The service targets global commercial users, domain professionals, enterprises, and individual webmasters.
