Domain Phone Service — Terms of Use (Service Agreement)

Effective Date: June 10, 2026

These Terms of Use govern all access to and use of this platform (idntel.com, 302tel.com, 域名电话.com, and all Domain Phone services operated under them) (the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by an independent sole proprietor providing cross-border, software-based technical services to users worldwide. By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. Please read them carefully.

Article 1 — Description of the Services

  1. We provide end-to-end Domain Phone technical services, including domain-to-phone-number mapping and binding and tel:// protocol redirection.
  2. The Services are purely technical network services. We do not hold a telecommunications carrier license, and we do not provide carrier services such as voice calling or SMS messaging.
  3. We use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the Services stable and available; however, because the Services depend on the global network, DNS resolution, third-party servers, and domain registrar policies, we do not warrant that the Services will operate entirely without interruption.

Article 2 — Account Registration and Eligibility

  1. You represent and warrant that your registration information is true, accurate, and complete. Individual users must have full legal capacity to contract; business users must hold valid business qualifications.
  2. A single entity may register multiple accounts. The right to use an account belongs to the registrant. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account and password, and you bear all consequences arising from the disclosure, lending, or theft of your account credentials.
  3. Registering an account by impersonating another person or by misappropriating domain ownership information is strictly prohibited.

Article 3 — Acceptable Use (Prohibited Conduct)

When using the Services, you must not use the domain, redirection, or number-mapping features to:

  1. violate the laws, regulations, or public order of any applicable jurisdiction;
  2. operate non-compliant websites or redirect configurations for fraud, harassment, abusive marketing, unlawful traffic diversion, or the dissemination of illegal content;
  3. conduct network attacks, distribute junk traffic, or maliciously harass the phone numbers of others;
  4. infringe the domain rights, trademarks, privacy, intellectual property, or other lawful rights of any third party;
  5. tamper with, reverse engineer, or attack the Platform's systems, interfaces, or security architecture, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's normal operation;
  6. engage in any other unlawful or infringing conduct, or conduct harmful to the Platform or any third party.

Article 4 — Service Authority and Restrictions

  1. We may, in accordance with our service rules and security policies, restrict features, suspend service, or permanently ban non-compliant domains, redirect rules, or accounts, without prior notice.
  2. We are not liable for breach of contract where a service interruption results from domain expiration, registrar suspension, local network controls, or regulatory requirements.
  3. You are solely responsible for the legality, validity, renewal, and ownership maintenance of the domains under your account.

Article 5 — Intellectual Property

  1. All copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the Platform's code, architecture, interfaces, text, logos, and technical solutions belong to us.
  2. You are granted only a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Services. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or misappropriate the Platform's technology or interfaces for commercial purposes.
  3. Intellectual property rights in your own domains, logos, and content remain with you; however, the Services may not be used to disseminate infringing content.

Article 6 — Disclaimer of Liability

  1. We are not liable for compensation where a service interruption or data anomaly results from force majeure, network failures, third-party provider failures, changes in regulatory policy, or adjustments to domain registrar rules.
  2. You bear all legal liability and financial risk arising from your use of the Services. Any third-party complaints, claims, or penalties triggered by your non-compliant use are your sole responsibility.
  3. We assume no obligation to review, and no joint liability for, your redirect destinations, the purposes for which your phone numbers are used, or the content of third-party links.

Article 7 — Termination of Service

  1. You may request account deletion and termination of the Services at any time.
  2. If you violate these Terms or applicable laws and regulations, we may unilaterally terminate the Services and ban your account.
  3. Upon termination, the Platform will delete the corresponding configuration data in accordance with its rules.

Article 8 — Amendments

We may revise these Terms of Use at any time. Revisions take effect upon publication on our official website, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Article 9 — Payment & Refund Policy

  1. Merchant and payment processing. Paid features of the Services are sold by the operator of this Platform, an individual sole proprietor. Payments are processed by reputable third-party payment processors, including PayPal. We do not collect or store your full payment card details or PayPal account credentials.
  2. Pricing and currency. All fees are displayed at the point of purchase. Self-service customers pay annually via PayPal at a flat USD 17.00/year; only the trial is free — there is no free basic tier or higher paid tier. Quoted fees exclude any taxes, foreign-exchange charges, or fees imposed by your bank or payment provider, which are your responsibility.
  3. Digital delivery. The Services are virtual, digital technical services — including domain-to-phone-number mapping, 302 and tel:// redirection, and IDN multilingual domain resolution configuration. No physical goods are shipped. A purchased service is deemed delivered once the corresponding configuration is activated for your account.
  4. Subscriptions and renewals. Where a subscription plan is offered, fees are billed in advance for each billing cycle. If automatic renewal is enabled, your designated payment method will be charged at the start of each renewal cycle at the then-current price. You may cancel automatic renewal at any time through your account console before the next billing date; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid cycle, and you retain access to the Services until that cycle ends.
  5. Refunds. If a paid service has not yet been activated or configured, you may request a full refund within seven (7) days of purchase. Once a service has been activated, configured, or used, fees are non-refundable, except where we fail to deliver the purchased service due to a fault attributable to us, in which case we will, at your option, re-deliver the service or issue a pro-rated refund for the undelivered portion.
  6. Non-refundable circumstances. Fees will not be refunded where a service is suspended or terminated as a result of your violation of these Terms or applicable law, or where an interruption arises from circumstances described in Article 4 or Article 6 that are not attributable to us.
  7. Billing disputes and chargebacks. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us within thirty (30) days of the charge so that we may investigate and resolve the matter before you initiate a dispute or chargeback with your payment provider. We will respond to billing inquiries promptly and in good faith.
  8. Refund method and timing. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take five (5) to ten (10) business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
