Domain Phone Service — Privacy Policy

Effective Date: June 10, 2026

Preamble

This Privacy Policy applies to the Domain Phone family of services (including idntel.com, 302tel.com, 域名电话.com, and other affiliated websites, together with the domain-to-number mapping service) (collectively, the "Services"). It describes how we collect, use, store, and protect information relating to all registered users and visitors. The Services provide domain-to-phone-number binding and 302 redirection to users worldwide. The Services are operated by an independent sole proprietor as a purely technical, cross-border software service; we are not a telecommunications carrier. We comply with applicable cybersecurity and personal data protection laws and regulations.

Article 1 — Scope of Information Collected

  1. Registration and identity information: account credentials, contact email address, mobile phone number, entity details (individual or business), and documentation relating to domain ownership, in each case voluntarily submitted by the user when registering for or activating the Services.
  2. Business data: operational data generated through use of the Services, including bound domains, redirect rules, domain-to-number mapping relationships, access logs, and operation records.
  3. Device and access information: basic network logs collected automatically when you visit our websites — such as IP address, browser type, access times, and page-view records — used solely for security protection and operations analysis.

Article 2 — How We Use Information

  1. We use the information we collect solely for account verification, service activation, feature operation and maintenance, troubleshooting, security and risk control, billing, and the delivery of notices, and we do not use it beyond what is necessary to provide the Services.
  2. Core business data — including domains, number mappings, and redirect configurations — is processed solely to deliver the core Domain Phone functionality and is not publicly displayed.
  3. Official notices, service changes, and security alerts are delivered to the email address on file and through in-platform messages.

Article 3 — Storage and Security

  1. Configuration files and sensitive data are processed under a security architecture built on encrypted transmission, scheduled decryption, and immediate destruction after use, with data protection enforced throughout the processing lifecycle.
  2. We maintain access controls, audit logging, and anti-attack mechanisms designed to prevent the leakage, tampering, loss, or unauthorized access of user information.
  3. Data storage follows the principle of data minimization. Upon termination of the Services, the associated business data and personal information are deleted in accordance with our agreements with you.

Article 4 — Sharing and Disclosure

  1. We do not sell, rent, or transfer users' personal information or business data to any third party.
  2. Information may be disclosed only where required by law, including to cooperate with lawful investigations by judicial or regulatory authorities, or where disclosure is otherwise mandated by applicable laws and regulations.
  3. Publicly visible domain attributes, such as domain TXT records, are published in accordance with generally accepted domain-industry practice and are not treated as private personal information.

Article 5 — Your Rights

  1. You may access and update your account information and binding configurations at any time.
  2. You may request deletion of your account and removal of the business data associated with it. Once an account is closed, all Services cease and the related information is deleted in accordance with our data-handling standards.
  3. If you believe your personal information has been disclosed or used improperly, you may contact our support team, and we will investigate and respond promptly.

Article 6 — Protection of Minors

The Services are intended for business and adult users, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has registered in violation of this policy, we will promptly suspend the account and delete the related data.

Article 7 — Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect business or regulatory changes. Revised versions will be posted on our official website and take effect upon posting. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
