How an identity is formed
Registered text + a bound, verified phone number → CC from E.164 → TEXT.00CCtel.com. See Registration.
How communication happens
A request may wake the other party over PSTN; they then enter a browser or PWA and continue on WebRTC, with real-time voice translation when needed. See International Voice Communication and Real-time Voice Translation.
